Social Media Specialist for Administration

Thamer International Schools are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the school's online presence, managing multiple platforms, and engaging with our diverse community. This role is essential in amplifying our brand, creating impactful content, and ensuring our messaging reaches the right audience.

1. Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

2. Experience Required: Proven experience in social media management and content creation, preferably in a similar role.

3. Proficiency in English (spoken & written) is essential; knowledge of other languages is a plus.

4. Strong understanding of major social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.

5. Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).

6. Creative mindset with an eye for visual content, attention to detail, and familiarity with design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

7. Knowledge of SEO, online community management, and social media trends.

2. Capture high-quality pictures and videos during school events and activities for use on social media and other digital platforms.

3. Edit and produce multimedia content (images, videos, stories) that aligns with the school's brand and values.

4. Analyze and report on social media performance using analytics tools to optimize content strategies.

5. Develop and execute social media campaigns that align with the school's goals and vision.

6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms.

7. Stay updated on the latest social media trends and adapt strategies accordingly.

8. Handle online engagement and foster a positive online community for the school.

9. Ensure all visual and written content adheres to brand guidelines and enhances the school’s image.
