Edexcel Examination Center
Dear Parents,
Thamer International Schools have always strived persistently to provide the best to its students. In compliance with our mission and vision, STUDENTS FIRST, we are proud to announce that we are now an officially certified Edexcel examination center since January, 2018. Our Edexcel students can now avail the opportunity of appearing for the exams in their own comfort zone, the school premises.

Dear Parents,
We would like to bring to your notice that the school timing for Lower Primary, Upper Primary (1, 2 and 3) students during the EOT 1 exams,will be as shown below:
1- Lower and Upper Primary School studentswill be dismissed at 12:30 p.m.from 06/04/1439 H., 24/12/2017 to 17/04/1439 H., 04/01/2018.
2-For Grades 4 to 12 the last day of schoolis the last day of EOT 1 examination as per the EOT 1– exam schedule.

Dear Parents,
T. I. S. is in the process of registering our Grade 9 and Grade 10 students for PSAT for the current academic year 2017 – 2018. Therefore, we would like to invite you to attend an orientation session on Tuesday, March 06, 2018 at 12:00 p.m. at the school’s Princess Jawaher Auditorium. This session will be of a great help to all parents to decide and prepare the best for their children. The orientation will give our esteemed parents an overall idea about PSAT exam and it will be the first step to prepare the students for the SAT exams later.

Kindly be informed that the official PSAT Examination for Grades 9 SAT and Grade 10 SAT will be conducted on Saturday, April 8, 2017. All students must report to school at 8:30 A.M.
- Parent-Teacher Conference "Sharing MAP Results" - Fall (2017-2018)
Dear Parents (KG2, G1, G3, G5, & G7),
Thamer International Schools biannually conducts MAP exams during Fall and Spring. These exams, which measure the academic growth of the students, are of paramount importance.
They give parents as well as educators an insight into the requirements with respect to the core subjects: Math, Science and English. T. I. S. cordially invites you to attend a Parent-Teacher Conference “Sharing MAP Results” on Saturday, February 03, 2018, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Based on your child’s score, an individualized action plan has been prepared.
After careful retrospection, as parents and teachers, you will discuss the expected growth of your child’s performance during the upcoming Spring session of the MAP exams.
- UK Consulate Honors Outstanding Achievers in Cambridge Exams
JEDDAH — British Consul General in Jeddah Mohammed Shokat recently hosted a function on the consulate premises to acknowledge the achievements of 67 students across 15 British curriculum schools in the western region of Saudi Arabia. Parents, school representatives and students celebrated the success of the outstanding learners in the 2015 Cambridge International Examinations series. The function followed similar events in Riyadh and Al-Khobar. Addressing the guests Shokat said, “Education is the key and with the right education all the doors of opportunity open for every one. We are very proud of having a strong education system in the UK. The Cambridge International Examinations is one of the best expose for the United Kingdom.”
